Bandanas are tied to fit, they can be loosened or tightened as necessary. XS bandanas also come with an additional velcro close option.
 

XS:  fits neck 6-12 inches
Sm/Med:  fits neck 10-14 inches
Large:  fits neck 14-20 inches
